Will Starter Sentry work with my vehicle's existing anti-theft systems?
Starter Sentry is designed to provide an additional layer of security for your vehicle. It is compatible with most all factory and aftermarket security systems. If for any reason it does not work with your specific vehicle, simply re-install your original relay and return the Starter Sentry system to us for a full refund.

How do I find which item I need to order for my vehicle?
You can find the Master Lock Model Number that fits your vehicle by going to the following page and using our "Vehicle Search" tool: http://www.mastersentryseries.com/starter/find-my-vehicle.shtml.

The Starter Sentry Model Number will appear at the bottom of the results page

What if my vehicle is not listed?
Not all vehicles are equipped to work with the Starter Sentry. We are continuously developing new products to expand our offering.

How do I install the Starter Sentry?
Each product comes with a CD with detailed instructions on how to install Starter Sentry in your vehicle.

What if I do not have a CD player to access the installation instructions?
Please send us an email with your vehicle information (year, make, model) and we will mail one to you.

How long does Starter Sentry take to install?
Depending on the location of your relay panel, it should take less than 30 minutes to install.

What do I do if I followed the instructions and it does not work?
Please send us an email with your vehicle information and the Master Lock model number you are using and someone will contact you.
